Q: Do I need to Sign Up an Account to Order?

A: Yes, you have to register an account to make a purchase. It is very easy and simple, just follow the step-by-step instructions on the page.

 

Q: What kinds of payment method are accepted?

A: Sorry, currently we only accept Bank Transfer (BCA)

 

Q: I already make a payment for my order, but I forget to give confirmation to you. What would happen?

A : We cannot process any order without confirmation, even though you have made a payment for that order. Therefore, please make sure to make confirmation for any payment you made.

 

Q: Can I get discount?

A: All price listed in this website is a fixed price. You can get a discount only if there is a special promotion from us.

 

Q: I have received my package. Unfortunately, there is some defect in the product. What should I do?

A: We apologize for our mistake, and please kindly email us to info@charlottaatelier.com , and we will give you instructions to return it to us. All shipping fees will be paid by us (both returns and sending it back).

 

Q: Are your items manufactured yourself?

A: Yes, They are! We design and manufactured our products exclusively for our brand. And all our products are manufactured in Indonesia by our qualified and well-trained team

 

Q: Are your items ready stocks?

A: Sorry, our item(s) in Online Store are made by orders only, but you can check our ready stock in SEIBU or SOGO Plaza Senayan.

 

 Q: Do you have any offline store?

A: Yes we do!

You can visit our offline stores in Seibu, Grand Indonesia and SOGO, Plaza Senayan.

 

Q: Can I see the real pictures of the products?

A:  All the pictures that you see on our website are real pictures, taken by professional model and photographer. The product that you'll get is as same as in the pictures.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we do ship overseas by EMS.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Sorry, you cannot cancel order after submitting.

 

Q: Why are my order has been cancelled?

A: Maximum payment for an order is 1x24 hours, after an order have been placed. If payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically.

 

Q: How can I track my order?

A: You can sign in and view your order history and status in my account.

A:  You can find our measuring guide in all the product detail pages. All measurement are in centimeters.
